Opened in the summer of 2012, The Cock & Bull Pub and Eatery has become synonymous with delicious homemade comfort food and freshly made drinks with a British accent. Our food is always cooked fresh to order by a team of trained chefs lead by Chef George Rodriguez. We have a fully stocked bar serving the finest Ales, Stouts, Lagers and Ciders both on tap and in bottle along with a skillfully crafted house cocktail list and a small but carefully chosen wine by the glass program.

We take the best qualities of a warm, comfortable and inviting pub, we add sumptuous food and drinks to friendly and helpful service to create a unique pub experience in midtown Manhattan. We push ourselves to retain the highest standards of quality in everything we do. The freshness, taste, presentation and service of our food and drinks and the needs of our guests are always at the forefront of our mind. We strive every day to be better than we were the day before and the response from our guests so far have shown that we are doing just that.

Our beverage program has been skillfully crafted by a team of bar professionals. We offer twelve beers and cider on draft in three different sizes, 10 Oz, 16 Oz and 20 Oz. Because of our British accent our beer list tilts heavy on Ales but we are very proud to also serve some of the finest offerings from the New York area like the Bronx Brewery, The Ommegang Brewery from Cooperstown, NY and Doc’s apple and pear ciders from Warwick, NY. If draft beer is not for you, then we also have a choice of over 30 beers and ciders in bottles and cans for you to choose from. While our selection of wines by the glass and bottle may not be extensive, all of our wines were carefully chosen by our expert sommelier by predominantly working with family owned vineyards ensuring the highest quality grape available for the best possible price.

Even though the word PUB is in our name we really have become famous for our wonderful homemade comfort food. Chef George has put his own twist on everyday favorites like Pot Pies, Fish & Chips, Bangers & Mash and Meatloaf by adding stilton bleu cheese to our now famous Chicken Pot Pie or wrapping our meatloaf in Bacon and serving it with cheddar mashed potato or serving our daily delivered cod Fish & Chips with minted peas cooked with bacon. But Chef George really shines with his daily specials which are created only after a morning trip to the market to see what has arrived fresh from the farm.

Finally, The Cock & Bull is first and foremost a small family business. Everything we do is from the heart and we work tirelessly to make sure that your visit to our little pub and eatery is enjoyable from beginning to the end. We very much look forward to serving you here soon.
